What is the return policy?
We hope you love your order. However, if you need to return an item, please read our policy below.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Once your return has been approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from marks, stains, odours, or damage, and returned with its original tags and packaging where possible.
To request a return, please contact us at nsappuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When will I get my order?
We process orders in 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery is usually 2–5 business days, with tracking provided.
